    To get a tutor at TutorWiz, parents or students should go to our website and click on the 'Get a Tutor' button. Fill out a form with your information, choose the subjects you or your child requires assistance with, and decide on whether you prefer online or in-person tutoring sessions. After the registration is finished, expect a phone call from the TutorWiz team to discuss the best way forward for your or your child's education journey. Following payment done via EFT, you will be given login credentials to access the TutorWiz platform. Subsequently, you or your child will be paired with a qualified tutor to commence the educational experience.
  • How can tutors sign up to become part of TutorWiz's tutoring team?
    TutorWiz is currently accepting applications from tutors who wish to join our tutoring team. Interested individuals can submit their application through our website by accessing the 'Become a Tutor' section. The application process includes filling out a form, sharing qualifications and experience, undergoing a screening process, attending an interview, and completing training. Upon successful approval, tutors will receive login credentials for the TutorWiz platform and will be paired with students according to their expertise and availability to commence tutoring.
  • How do parents or students pay for tutoring packages at TutorWiz?
    After filling out the "Get a Tutor" form, a member of the TutorWiz team will contact the parent or student, and the packages and processes will be discussed. An invoice will be generated based on the chosen package. Following the issuance of the invoice, the parent or student can pay via EFT and send proof of payment to info@tutorwiz.africa. Upon successful payment processing, parents or the student will receive a confirmation email and an account will be created on the TutorWiz platform. Subsequently, the student will be paired with a tutor and lessons can commence.
  • Where can tutors log in to access their accounts after signing up and receiving login details?
    Once tutors have signed up and received their login details, they can access their accounts by visiting the TutorWiz website and clicking on the ' Login' button located at the right corner of the homepage. Tutors can then enter their login credentials, such as username and password, to log in and access their personalized dashboard, where they can manage their schedules, view student progress, and communicate with students.
  • How can parents or students log in to their accounts after signing up and receiving login details?
    After signing up and receiving their login details, students can log in to their accounts on the TutorWiz website by clicking on the 'Login' button located at the top right corner of the homepage. They will then need to enter their username and password to access their personalized dashboard, where they can schedule tutoring sessions, track their progress, and communicate with their tutors.
